Challenge

There was once a todo-list app.

The app was focussed on B2C. The strategy was to also to step into the B2B market.

 

Solution

AI was used to segment the current user base. User segments in the B2C space was identified that was most likely to transient to B2B.

Targeted marketing and subtle “knowledge guidance” – with a personal touch – was used to target these segments. 

We understand’s the importance of retaining a human-centred approach. An approach that truly addresses the basic needs to the human spirit.

Result

Increased user retention, as personal users were also using the product for business purposes. 

App usage scales horizontally from a consumer, to a business perspective. Creating passion for a product from a personal perspective, will encourage usage in a business environment if aligned to business objectives.
