CompanyX is a leading mobile telecommunications provider. 

ProductY is a subscription service, and the system managing the service is separate from the system managing the billing. The CFO suspects a revenue leak.

Solution

Etashi’s proposal was targeted around data integrity and system alignment.

Using big data pipelines, the data from all systems were ingested into a near-real-time aggregator that highlighted any discrepancies between systems, integrated into the incident management system of CompanyX, and ensured C-level visibility using a Looker Dashboard.

Result
