One predictable subscription for operating and improving your VaultIQ service. It includes three selected modules, their standard take-on and setup, and one continuously active client-specific development track. Reasonable fair-use capacity applies. Price excludes VAT where applicable.
Cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Your first month is a practical evaluation period. If VaultIQ is not right for your business, notify us before the next billing date. The first month remains payable, but there will be no second base subscription fee. Provider charges above the included allowance, activated additional modules, complex integrations or migrations and separately approved work remain payable.

Included development follows a reasonable fair-use model and represents sustainable active capacity rather than a bank of hours. It does not guarantee completion of a module within a specific period. Where demand materially exceeds sustainable capacity, Etashi will raise this early and the parties will agree revised priorities, timing or commercial scope before additional work proceeds. Substantial integrations or migrations, accelerated delivery, client-exclusive functionality and 24×7 coverage are separately scoped. The subscription also includes up to €1,000 per calendar month toward attributable cloud and platform hosting, AI-model usage, messaging and other approved provider costs required to operate the client’s VaultIQ service. Etashi will give notice before exceeding the allowance. Approved excess usage may be billed separately at cost, and unused allowance does not roll over.

Etashi manages the service day to day while you retain your data, branding, business content and operating choices. Client-specific modules, configuration, integrations and workflows are maintained with traceable releases, documentation, export arrangements and source-access rights. If you choose to transition the service, these agreed materials support a practical handover to your appointed provider.
