Service inclusions and scope
Configure a suitable existing capability or develop the starting solution through the active build track. Then agree the next priority. A client-specific build may continue beyond the first month. There is no prepaid hour bank or hourly entitlement.
Includes a white-labelled portal, hosting, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, security patching, backups and business-hours application support. Reproducible defects introduced by Etashi-developed code or configuration are corrected at no additional charge.
The €1,000 allowance covers attributable cloud/platform hosting, AI-model usage, messaging and approved provider costs. Additional standard live modules beyond the initial solution cost €500/month each.
Parallel build tracks, accelerated delivery, work beyond fair use, provider costs above the allowance, complex integrations or migrations, further bespoke solutions and 24 × 7 coverage require separate scope.
The first month is payable. If the service is not right for the business, notify us before the next billing date to avoid a second base subscription fee. Agree evaluation scope and timing before starting; the service agreement records the engagement terms.
