VaultIQ · Fully managed business AI
One place for your business to work with AI.
VaultIQ is your business interface to AI.
Etashi hosts, operates, maintains and continuously improves a white-labelled portal presented under your brand and connecting your people, knowledge, data, workflows and customer channels to AI—so useful AI becomes part of how work gets done, without your team having to run the technology.

Why VaultIQ
AI becomes more valuable when it understands where work actually happens.
Generic AI is powerful, but it does not arrive knowing your policies, customers, operating logic or priorities. And when every team adopts a different tool, business context fragments instead of compounding.
Your context is the advantage
VaultIQ gives AI access to approved business knowledge, data and instructions, so outputs can be grounded in how your organisation works.
One front door reduces fragmentation
Teams enter through a familiar company portal instead of juggling disconnected tools, prompts, logins and versions of the truth.
AI belongs inside a workflow
An answer is useful. An answer connected to the next decision, customer conversation or operational action is far more valuable.
A shared foundation compounds
The first application establishes access, branding and connection patterns that future AI applications can reuse instead of rebuilding.
More than a chatbot
A business application layer built around your organisation.
VaultIQ is a reusable framework for creating a private, white-labelled portfolio of AI applications presented as part of your business. Each application can have its own purpose, information sources, instructions and access rules—while remaining part of one coherent business experience.
The goal is not to give everyone “some AI”. It is to give the right people the right AI capability, with the right business context.
- A white-labelled portal presented under your business brand
- A common access and application layer across use cases
- A way to connect approved knowledge, data and workflows
- A foundation for web, WhatsApp and Telegram experiences
- A fully managed service with a portable client implementation
- A public chatbot where staff paste sensitive context
- A replacement for every system your business already uses
- One generic assistant expected to do every job
- A technical dependency with no credible exit path
What can live inside it
Different applications. One connected business experience.
VaultIQ is modular. These are examples of capabilities that can be configured, combined or extended around a real business need.
Knowledge assistants
Make approved policies, product information and internal knowledge easier to find and use.
AI data analysis
Question business data in plain language, surface signals and create decision-ready outputs.
Operational views
Bring current records, evidence and important business updates into focused working views.
Customer conversations
Guide WhatsApp journeys, preserve context and hand conversations to authorised people when needed.
Scheduled outreach
Generate and send approved communications without relying on someone remembering every follow-up.
Custom business tools
Add client-specific workflows where a standard module cannot express what makes the business different.
How it comes together
Start with value. Build the connection. Grow deliberately.
Choose the job
Define one useful business problem, the people involved and the outcome that matters.
Connect the context
Identify the approved knowledge, data, rules and systems the application needs.
Configure the experience
Shape the portal, application, permissions and channel around the way the team works.
Learn and extend
Measure real use, improve the first capability and add the next application when justified.

Control and ownership
Your portal. Your data. A clear way forward.
Etashi manages the service day to day, but the client is not technically captive to Etashi. Clients retain their data and operating choices. Each implementation is maintained with traceable releases, documentation, export arrangements and source-access rights that support an orderly transition to another competent provider.
